I reached out to customer service kind of expecting to wait a while, since I’d sent the message during a busy part of my day and was just checking emails between errands. But they actually got back to me really quickly, which was a nice surprise. Simple, but I appreciated it.

I was pleasantly surprised by how much there was to choose from on MandM Direct. There were loads of brands and sizes, and I managed to find bits for myself and the kids without having to search for ages. Really happy with it and I’ll definitely be checking back again.

The prices were good and the items were decent value, so I was happy enough with that side of things. But the experience wasn’t perfect, and I’m still expecting some kind of apology for the hassle.

I ordered a few things from MandM Direct because I thought the prices looked a bit ridiculous and wasn’t sure if everything would be genuine. But it all arrived with proper tags and packaging, and the trainers and hoodie looked completely legit to me.

Delivery was quick and everything matched what was shown on the site. I’ve used them a couple of times now and haven’t had anything dodgy, so I’d happily order from them again...

I paid with PayPal and was done in no time. i hate when checkout drags on forever, so it was nice that this was quick and hassle-free.

Ordered a few bits, but ended up sending one thing back and had to cough up for the return postage myself. Bit annoying, to be honest, feels a bit cheeky and kind of a crap setup. Definitely makes me think twice before ordering again.

I don’t usually put much faith in all the polished “reliable service” stuff companies like to say, but in this case they’ve been on time every time. Delivery showed up when they said it would, no drama, no hassle.

The basket updated without any fuss, the delivery options were easy to understand, and the payment went through first time with no messing about. I also got the confirmation email almost straight away. I had a quick look at their support info too, and it was basically along the lines of “you’ll get an email once it’s all confirmed,” which is exactly what happened. No complaints from me, just a handy site to use

My order showed up in a sturdy bag and everything was packed neatly with no damage, so I’m happy about that. I did feel a little dismissed when I had a question before it arrived, which wasn’t great, but the packaging itself was really good. I’d probably still order again.

I don’t know why, but the site felt a little clunky to use. Checkout worked in the end, it was just kinda slow.

I guess my main issue was just the delivery updates, because the order was okay overall, actually better than I was starting to expect. Not a bad experience, just a bit frustrating if you’re waiting and don’t really know what’s going on.

The tracking was great. I could see my order moving the whole time, which was kind of reassuring... not that I was obsessively checking it or anything. It showed up right when it said it would, so yeah, no complaints there.
